◾ 채용부문 : Social Media Marketing Specialist
◾ 근무기간 : 12개월 이상
◾ 근무시간: 09:00A.M - 18:00P.M
◾ 급여: $20 ~ $25 / an hour (면접 시 협의)
◾ 연 환산급여 : 약 $41,600 ~ $52,000 / a year (주 40시간 52주 근무 기준 이며, 주말 및 공휴일 over time 근무에 따라 변동 가능)
◾ 급여 외 보상 : 통신비 $50/a month, 피트니스비 $50/a month, 교통비 $40/a week 지원
◾ 자격요건 : Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
Job Description
The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive social media marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across various social media platforms. This role includes content creation, community management, and performance analysis to ensure the company's social media presence is aligned with its overall marketing and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a social media marketing strategy that aligns with company objectives and target audience
- Create engaging content for various social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others, to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Manage social media accounts, including posting content, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring audience engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams, including the Program Management Team, Process Innovation Team and others, to develop integrated marketing contents
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide recommendations for optimization
- Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns, including performance tracking
- Monitor competitor social media activities and provide insights for improvement
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, and community management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their respective user demographics, and best practices
- Proficiency in social media management tools
- Knowledge of social media advertising, including Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Familiarity with graphic design tools, such as Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content that resonates with the target audience
- Strong analytical skills to interpret social media performance data and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
