모집안내

◾ 채용부문: Tradeshow Project Coordinator

◾ 근무기간: 12개월

◾ 근무시간: 주 40시간

◾ 급여 : $20/an hour

◾ 연 환산급여: 약 $41,600 / a year ( 주 40시간 52주 근무 기준 / 주말 및 공휴일, over time 근무에 따라 변동 가능 )

◾ 급여 외 보상 : 5 paid sick leave (equivalent to 40 hours) 

 

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tradeshow Project Coordinator to assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of exhibit projects across various trade shows. You will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure that all logistics, timelines, and deliverables are met. This role requires strong multitasking skills, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

◾ Project Coordination

  • Support Project Managers in planning and executing exhibit booth projects from concept through completion

  • Maintain project schedules, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring everything stays on track

◾ Tradeshow Logistics

  • Coordinate with general contractors, convention centers, and show organizers regarding regulations and deadlines

  • Arrange shipping, drayage, installation, dismantle services, and on-site labor

◾ Client & Vendor Communication

  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing updates and answering questions regarding project status

  • Communicate and follow up with vendors, fabricators, and service providers

◾ Administrative Support

  • Handle show paperwork such as order forms, insurance certificates, floor plans, and booth documentation

  • Assist with travel bookings for team members and manage on-site logistics

◾ On-site Support & Travel

  • Occasionally travel to trade shows (domestic) for booth setup supervision and client support (up to 7–10 days per trip)

  • Ensure smooth coordination on-site between teams, contractors, and clients


Qualifications: 

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Adobe Creative Suite a plus

  • Experience or education in design, project management, or events/exhibitions preferred

  • Must be willing and able to travel across the U.S.

  • Work authorization in the U.S. required
