◾ 근무기간: 12개월
◾ 근무시간: 주 40시간
◾ 급여 : $18/an hour
◾ 연 환산급여: 약 $37,440 / a year ( 주 40시간 52주 근무 기준 / 주말 및 공휴일, over time 근무에 따라 변동 가능 )
◾ 급여 외 보상 : 회사 내 헬스장 무료 이용, 유급 공휴일 6일 제공, 연 총 24시간 유급 병가 제공, 연 총 40시간 유급 휴가 제공
Job Description
Studio PAV is a U.S.-based K-pop concert production and promotion company that plans, promotes, and executes K-pop tours across North America, Europe, Asia, and South America. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tour Production (Lighting & Sound) Intern to join our production team. This role focuses on assisting with the technical planning and execution of live K-pop concerts, with an emphasis on lighting and sound production. The intern will support pre-production coordination, on-site operations, and communication with international teams and local venues.
◾ Assist in the planning and coordination of lighting and sound setups for concerts and fan events
◾ Review and update technical riders, stage plots, and equipment lists for each tour stop
◾ Support communication with local venue production staff and third-party vendors regarding technical requirements
◾ Help advance shows by confirming venue specs, power needs, and gear compatibility
◾ Participate in load-in, setup, soundcheck, show execution, and load-out as needed during events
◾ Maintain organized documentation for lighting and sound logistics
◾ Collaborate with tour managers, artist teams, and production crews to ensure smooth operations
◾ Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Korean with internal teams and external partners
◾ Assist with troubleshooting technical issues during rehearsals and performances
◾ Travel to concert locations as needed and support day-to-day technical and logistical production needs
Qualifications:
◾ Currently studying or recently graduated in Audio Engineering, Lighting Design, Live Event Production, Stage Management, or a related field
◾ Basic understanding of professional lighting systems, sound equipment, and live production environments
◾ Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex technical instructions
◾ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
◾ Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean (spoken and written) is strongly preferred
◾ Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
◾ No restrictions related to international travel (valid passport, no disqualifying visa/travel issues)
◾ Willingness to travel and work evenings, weekends, and long hours during tours
◾ Passion for live music production and interest in the global K-pop industry
