General Responsibilities | • Conduct market research to discover new potential products • Assist in the overall purchasing process including, but not limited to, listing products, contacting vendors, tracking orders, and ensuring timely delivery • Ensure all products arrive in good condition and follow up with vendors, as needed, to confirm, change, or return orders • Monitor the inventory list regularly and assist in analyzing the turnover ratio of the products to identify purchasing needs • Update the internal databases with order information • Research and identify pricing trends and assist with the pricing process • Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts |
