◾ 근무시간 : 07:30AM ~ 04:30PM (1hr lunch)
◾ 급여 : $17.50~$18.50 / hours
◾ 연 환산급여 : 약 $36,400 - 38,480 / a year (주 40시간 52주 근무 기준 이며, 주말 및 공휴일 over time 근무에 따라 변동 가능)
◾ 급여 외 보상 : 공항 픽업 제공, 주거지 마련 전까지 회사 숙소 임시 무료 제공, 3개월 근무평가 후 연봉 인상 가능, PTO 8일, Paid Holidays 6일, 추가근무시 1.5배 지급
Job Description
생산 담당자는 소프트젤 제품 제조공정에 참여하여 원료 계량, 배합, 캡슐화, 제품 검사 및 포장 업무를 수행합니다. 생산 작업지침과 품질·위생 기준에 따라 공정을 운영하고, 생산기록 및 작업장 상태를 관리합니다.
- 생산계획 및 작업지시에 따른 원료 계량·준비
- 원료 배합 및 소프트젤 제조공정 지원
- 캡슐화 설비 운영 및 공정 상태 확인
- 생산된 소프트젤 제품의 외관 및 상태 검사
- 완제품 포장, 라벨 부착 및 수량 확인
- 생산실적 및 공정 관련 기록 작성
- 생산 중 이상 사항 확인 및 담당자 보고
- 안전수칙, 작업절차 및 품질관리 기준 준수
