◾ 채용부문 : Quality Control
◾ 근무기간 : 12개월
◾ 근무시간 : 07:30AM ~ 04:30PM (1hr lunch)
◾ 급여 : $17.50~$18.50 / hours
◾ 연 환산급여 : 약 $36,400 - 38,480 / a year (주 40시간 52주 근무 기준 이며, 주말 및 공휴일 over time 근무에 따라 변동 가능)
◾ 급여 외 보상 : 공항 픽업 제공, 주거지 마련 전까지 회사 숙소 임시 무료 제공, 3개월 근무평가 후 연봉 인상 가능, PTO 8일, Paid Holidays 6일, 추가근무시 1.5배 지급
Job Description
품질관리 담당자는 소프트젤 제품의 생산공정 중 In-Process Control을 수행하고, 공정별 품질기준 준수 여부를 확인합니다. 품질점검 결과와 관련 문서를 정확하게 기록·관리하며, 품질 이상 발생 시 관련 부서와 협력하여 후속 조치를 지원합니다.
- 소프트젤 생산공정의 In-Process Control 수행
- 공정별 품질기준 및 작업절차 준수 여부 확인
- 품질점검 결과 기록 및 관련 문서 작성·관리
- 공정 중 품질 이상 및 부적합 사항 확인·보고
- 품질문제에 대한 원인 확인 및 개선조치 지원
- 생산부서와의 품질 관련 업무 협조 및 커뮤니케이션
- MS Office를 활용한 품질자료 및 보고서 관리
