◾ 근무기간 : 12개월
◾ 근무시간: 주 40시간
◾ 연 환산급여: 약 $50,000/ a year (주 40시간 52주 근무 기준 이며, 주말 및 공휴일 over time 근무에 따라 변동 가능)
◾ 급여 외 보상 : 1달 간 숙소 및 라이드 지원, 우수근무자 비자스폰 가능, 회사 내규에 따라 연차/병가 제공
Job Description
- Establish quality control plans, goals, and schedules, as well as budget plans for the Seat Mechanism Quality Control Team.
- Ensure the successful implementation of established plans and goals for the Seat Mechanism Quality Control Team.
- Manage the work of his subordinate employees and provide guidance on the daily activities of the Seat Mechanism Quality Control Team.
- Assign duties and responsibilities to his subordinate employees.
- Provide training to his team members to improve their professional knowledge and occupational skills in automotive seat mechanism quality control.
- Review and approve daily, weekly, and monthly reports prepared by his subordinate employees to ensure that his team’s activities are carried out within established plans, goals, and schedules.
- Determine the personnel needs of his team and make personnel plans for the Seat Mechanism Quality Control Team based on the determination.
- Evaluate the performance of his subordinate employees.
- Recommend major personnel decisions, such as hiring, firing, promotions, and disciplinary actions, for employees under his supervision in the Seat Mechanism Quality Control Team.
- Hold meetings with his subordinate employees to discuss his team’s activities and provide directions for issues to be solved and actions to be taken.
- Manage, supervise, and coordinate the following daily activities of the Seat Mechanism Quality Control Team by supervising the work of his subordinate supervisory employees
- Conducting thorough visual inspections of automotive seat mechanisms to identify any defects, inconsistencies, or deviations from quality standards.
- Inspecting materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet specified quality criteria.
- Performing dimensional measurements and functional testing on automotive seat mechanisms to verify conformance to design specifications and industry standards. - Collaborating with production engineers to address quality concerns, providing feedback on manufacturing processes, and suggesting improvements.
- Investigating and identifying the root causes of any quality issues, defects, or deviations from specifications.
- Participating in design reviews to provide input on manufacturability and quality considerations.
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality, manufacturing efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Investigating and addressing customer complaints related to product quality, working closely with other teams to find effective solutions.
- Maintaining detailed records of inspection results, test data, and any non-conformities identified during the quality control process.
- Ensure that the team activities comply with the company’s internal policies, safety and health standards, and environmental regulations.
- Report the operational status of the Seat Mechanism Quality Control Team to upper management.
