모집안내

◾ 채용부문 : 영업/회계/IT/생산관리/구매

◾ 근무기간 : 12개월 

◾ 근무시간: 08:00AM ~ 17:00PM

◾  연 환산급여: 약 40,000 / a year (주 40시간 52주 근무 기준 이며, 주말 및 공휴일 over time 근무에 따라 변동 가능)

Sales

  • Provide excellent customer service in person and on the phone.
  • Work with trade professionals (Contractors, Designers, Selections Coordinators for Home Builders)
  • Work with a sense of urgency to provide channel partners with timely services and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal & written) and listening skills. 
  • Able to form strong relationships with channel partners by being friendly, trustworthy & diligent.
  • Able to remain calm and focused on an active environment.
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Excellent oral and written language communication skills
  • Good organizational skills
Accounting
  • Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
  • Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
  • Maintaining historical records.
  • Paying employees by verifying expense reports
  • paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor inquiries regarding finance.
  • continuing to improve the payment process.
IT
  • Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability.
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Ensuring electrical safety standards are met.
  • Upgrading the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers.
  • Performing tests and evaluations on new software and hardware
  • Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting
  • Establishing good relationships with all departments and colleagues
  • Managing Symantec End Protection
Production Management
  • Manage and ensures inventory of semi-finished parts and complete parts.
  • Analyze production process, results, and downtime.
  • Support the production operation to be efficient.
  • Reviewing daily/monthly operation rate and efficiency rate status
  • Execute and follow up on corrective actions for the Assembly, Spray, and Shipping Departments and the other factory.
  • Participate in productivity improvement activities and Execute improvement plans continuously.
  • Understand and control the production personnel allocation.
  • Analyze operation cycle time, downtime, productivity, and efficiency rates for each line.
Purchasing
  • To purchase and coordinate with vendors.
  • To communicate with vendors daily basis, following up with open purchase orders and new products from vendors.
  • To manage inbound and outbound shipments.
  • To negotiate pricing with vendors and looking over the entire process of purchasing to the arrival of goods to our site.
  • Create and revise purchase orders in our internal system.
  • Maintain files, logs, records of invoices, purchase orders, and other related documentation in our internal system.
  • Coordinate initiatives regarding pricing revisions, logistics, order cancellations, discontinued items, acceptable substitutes, delivery date revisions, invoice discrepancies, and payment terms.
  • Review and provide inventory inquiries and confirm with sales that all information is correct and complete.
  • Coordinates the development, implementation, and evaluation of processes that support increased quality, decreased cost, and improved service in support of patient experience enhancements.
