◾ 채용부문 : Logistics Operations Coordinator
◾ 근무시간 : 09:00 A.M ~ 18:00 P.M (1hour lunch)
◾ 급여 : $18 / an hour
◾ 연 환산급여 : 약 $37,440/ a year (주 40시간 52주 근무 기준 이며, 주말 및 공휴일 over time 근무에 따라 변동 가능)
◾ 급여 외 보상 : 점심제공, Gym Benefit, PTO + Sick Leave 제공, Paid Holidays 제공
Job Description
A successful Logistics Operations Coordinator will work with the operations team and team manager to ensure that our clients are able to ship and receive their goods in a timely and cost effective manner to the final destination. This is an immersive position that will allow you to build a relationship with various transportation and logistics service providers while simultaneously providing customer service directly to our clients to administer and coordinate the delivery of all cargo from A to Z.
Responsibilities
- Handle both ocean & air operations, billing, and customer service functions in a timely manner
- Communicate and follow-up with customers on booking requests until delivery completion
- Coordinate and communicate inbound transportation details with overseas partners
- Mediate delivery requirements and shipment tracking between customers, truckers, brokers, warehouses, and vendors to ensure proper delivery
- Analyze work processes while doing associated data entry tasks into operating system
- Develop and retain relationships with trucking, warehouse, customs brokers, ports, and other vendors
