모집안내
◾ 채용부문 : 디자인/E-Commerce
◾ 근무시간 : 주 40시간
◾ 급여 : $3,000 / a month
◾ 연 환산급여 : 약 $36,000 / a year (주 40시간 52주 근무 기준 이며, 주말 및 공휴일 over time 근무에 따라 변동 가능)
◾ 급여 외 보상 : 48 hrs of Paid Sick Leaves per year, Paid Holidays, Overtime and Doubletime for CA employees
점심제공(공사 이전이 완료된다면 직원들에게 주어지던 점심식사 제공이 주차비용 지원으로 대체될 수 있음)
Job Description
포토샵/일러스트레이터 등을 사용해 웹사이트 배너나 상품 페이지 제작
- Closely working with design team to create the product selling pages in various online channels in Korean and English as well.
- Receiving daily order details and process with shipping company which includes but not limited to listing, communicating, picking, packing. (Korean online channels and US online channels)
- Manage current inventory level and communicate with MD team for re-stocking.
- Communicating with shipping Companies to improve shipping and 3PL process.
- Build and maintain monthly forecasts by online channels.
- Participate in sales meetings and periodic field market visits to gain knowledge on the competitive products.
- Closely align with Operations on demand and new business opportunities to maximize production efficiency.
- Developing new items for various e-commerce channels include Korean online channels and US online channels.
- Conduct pre and post analyses on sales activities, including promotional and non-promotional sales.
- Use insights from data and work with customers to develop and implement plans that drive profitable and predictable sales results.
- Analyze sales and profit data to proactively manage the business and identify growth opportunities.
