Marketing Associate

• Own designs of existing product flyers and presentation deck
• Utilize Trade Marketing tool to keep product content up to date, new-item setup, and other sales support needs
• Facilitate packaging design in line with brand style guides with HQ design team
• Conduct competitive research and stay up to date with design trends and understand the CPG landscape
• Collaborate with team members to complete creative projects, such as In-house content creation for social media, and other brand communication related materials
• Develop trade promotion materials and to coordinate trade shows and events
• Assist with effective brand communication projects including POS, digital, social, etc.
• Support sales team and any product/brand related tasks

• 1+ years of design experience, ideally with some agency experience and or CPG background
• B.S./B.A. degree or equivalent experience in Design or comparable creative field
• Proficient with Adobe Creative suite, Illustrator, Photoshop & Indesign
• Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously with a positive and upbeat personality

Associate Product Manager

• Support the Product Manager in developing products from concept to commercialization across various categories.
• Conduct competitive analysis and research industry trends to identify product opportunities.
• Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns/programs and provide insights to relevant business teams.
• Assist in managing the NPD (New Product Development) pipeline, aligning with brand objectives and business goals.
• Support the go-to-market strategy and ensure successful product launches.
• Assist in developing trade promotion materials for trade shows and brand-related events.
• Maintain and manage product specifications, sales information, and marketing collateral (e.g., sell sheets, brochures).
• Provide product-related support to the sales team, ensuring alignment with brand and business strategies.

• Bachelor’s Degree required (Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in product marketing, brand management, or related roles in the CPG industry
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across team
• Strong project management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Passion for the food industry and consumer trends.
