모집안내

◾ 채용부문 : IT (Help Desk) Intern, Industrial/Package Design intern at Creative Team

◾ 근무기간 : 12개월

◾ 근무시간: 주 40시간

◾ 급여: $18 / an hour (Trainee의 경우, 경력에 따라 급여 결정 예정)

◾ 연 환산급여: 약 $37,440 / a year (주 40시간 52주 근무 기준 이며, 주말 및 공휴일 over time 근무에 따라 변동 가능)

◾ 급여 외 보상: 아침,점심,저녁 무료 제공(소속 Chef 들이 있으며, American Food와 Asian Food 둘 다 제공)

[ IT (Help Desk) Intern 업무 ]

<Position Summary>
- The IT Help Desk (J-1) Intern will offer support and technical assistance to customers who are using software, hardware, or other computer systems and need help completing tasks or troubleshooting problems through diagnostic tests and remote access to their computers

<Job Description>
Responsibilities:
- Serves as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone, email or ticket system
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
- Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
- Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
- Provide accurate information on IT products or services
- Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
- Follow-up and update customer status and information
- Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to IT team
- Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
- Install MS office s/w products and manage accounts
- Manage company phone system
- Install Windows 7 & 10 and manage accounts
- Support Sales Apps on PC, MAC, and Mobile devices
- Manage IT assets thru IT Management Systems
- Set up and operate audiovisual equipment, including microphones, projects, soundboards, and video monitors
- Alter the arrangement of venues to fit the needs of performers
- Other IT related tasks given by manager

[ Industrial/Package Design Intern at Creative Team 업무 ]

<Position Summary>
- Responsibilities of this position will include working closely with the Art Director, Package Designers, Engineers and Product Managers, contributing to the industrial design efforts for several prominent brands. Daily duties include design research, product design concepts, interacting with teams, sketching, 3D CAD modeling, photorealistic rendering, and advanced conceptualization. Other aspects of the role will include

<Responsibilities>
- Essential Functions
- Manage daily industrial design responsibilities for the supported projects
- Create compelling designs based upon Ideation, Research and Product Requirements
- Produce inspiring sketches/illustrations/visuals of advanced industrial design concepts
- Develop mastery of the respective brand design languages
- Produce conceptual CAD and to support the industrial design ideation/illustration process
- Support and participate in field research activities
- New Product Ideation and brainstorming support

<(KSA) knowledge/experience, skills, ability & attitude>
- Mastery of common design tools (Solidworks, UG NX (Plus), Illustrator, Photoshop, Keyshot, etc.)
- Solidworks: Min 4 (out of 5)
- Keyshot, Illustrator, Photoshop: Min 3 (out of 5)
- Training and extensive experience in 3D CAD packages
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Proven track record of creative innovation and ability to quickly conceptualize ideas.
- A strong understanding of design principles and a developed sense of brand aesthetic.
- Understanding of common manufacturing processes.
- Exceptional sketching and visualizing skills.
- Effortless ability to communicate industrial design intent through CAD
- Great communication & collaboration abilities with other disciplines.
- Excellent creative problem solving.
- Capable of multi-tasking and managing multiple priorities.
- Must have strong project and time management skills.
