The product lines of our plant include an oil immersed transformer, a dry type transformer, a cast resin transformer, and a special type transformer.
The newly constructed Hyundai Power Transformers USA facility has the ability to become the leading plant in the power industry due to our highly developed technology and our proven commitment to building the best product line for our customers.

 

모집안내

◾ 채용부문 : 구매/디자인/생산/인사.총무/회계.원가/세일즈

◾ 근무기간 : 12개월 

◾ 근무시간: 주 40시간

◾  급여: $18 / an hour 

◾  연 환산급여: 약 $33,280/ a year (주 40시간 52주 근무 기준 이며, 주말 및 공휴일 over time 근무에 따라 변동 가능)



Job Description

구매

- Prepare request for quotation (RFQ) and submit purchase order (PO) in HiPRO

    Hyundai integrated Procurement System) and SAP(System Analyses Program) for issuing PO to the suppliers.

- Track the status of any orders

- Monitor/evaluate supplier delivery and quality performance

- Negotiating long term and short-term agreements/contracts

- Maintain and improve competitive pricing, quality and the lead time

- Continuous cost reduction activities

- Outsourced fabricated goods specified in drawings for all manufacturing projects at HPT

- Maintenance/repair/operational goods

- Service Contract, tools, gases & etc.

- Verify goods received to the invoice and take corrective action as needed

- Meet all other requirements as assigned

디자인

- Develop, coordinate and lead the investment activity.

- Manage the work standard to maintain the quality level

- Provide technical solution and support to identify and troubleshoot problems

- Provide technical training as needed.

- Manage the Quality Activity in Production including the ISO/ Internal Audit, NOR, QCR follow up

- Lead the Production improvement activity

- Develop the Tool&Jig to improve the productivity

- Meet all other requirements as assigned

- Work skill to use Microsoft Office(Excel, Work and Power point)

- Work skill to use Drawing( 2D, 30 tool such like Auto CAD and etc)

인사/총무

- Support of communications efforts

- Support of HR duties (job fairs, team relations events, job postings)

- Assisting with promotions events

- Support of updating company imagery (handbook, documents, possibly internal guidance publications)

- Other duties as assigned

- Serve as point of contact for vendors

- Processing invoices

- Executing HR/GA initiatives under the direction of the HR Manager

- Various duties as assigned

회계/원가

- Reviewing material invoices and advance payments for appropriate documentation and approval, prior to payment

- Assisting in month-end closing

- Compiles, consolidates and conducts basic analysis of accounting and finance information.

- Examines a variety of financial statements and transactions for accuracy, completeness and conformance with   

    accounting standards.

- Assists in the execution of financial and/or operational audits.

- Reviews financial and operational procedures to ensure internal controls.

- Assisting to build and prepare annual business plan and long-term business plan

- Meet all other requirements as assigned

세일즈

- Estimate total cost with quotation engineers

- Support preparation of bid proposal, bid clarification

- Review contract terms and report it to management

- Summarize contract/PO for transition to project management team

- Responsible for factory audit & prequalification (preparation, leading the meeting, arranging customer visits)

생산관리

- Develop, coordinate and lead the investment activity.
