모집안내

◾ 채용부문 : Marketing / Accounting / Purchasing / Sales / Service Engineer 

◾ 근무기간 : 12개월 이상

◾ 근무시간: 08:30AM - 17:30PM (Purchasing의 경우 7:30AM - 17:00PM) 

◾ 급여 : $18/an hour 

◾ 연 환산급여 : 약 $37,440 / a year (주 40시간 52주 근무 기준 이며, 주말 및 공휴일 over time 근무에 따라 변동 가능) 

◾ 급여 외 보상 : 숙소제공(1인1실), 점심제공, 차량제공

◾ 자격조건 : 관련 전공자 우대, Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

• Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns

• Devising and presenting ideas and strategies

• Maintaining websites and looking at data analytics

• Coordinating internal marketing and an organization’s culture

•Conducting market research to determine a target audience’s needs, wants, habits, interests and  other relevant factors used in creating targeted marketing campaigns

• Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. This role requires you to work across functions and departments to bring the product to life. You are at the center of our entire organization, constantly interacting with teammates and prospects.

•Written and verbal communication skills.

•Willingness to try innovative marketing strategies

• Excellent time management, able to balance many projects at once.

Accounting
/Business Support 

• Reconciling the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers

• Managing income and expenditure accounts

• Completing analysis of the employee expenditures

• Generating the company’s financial reports using income and expenditure data

• Keeping a check on the company’s finances based on financial status

• Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations

• Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company

• Client Management, A/R, Invoices, Quotation, Bidding

• Prepare audit reports, Corporate Tax, Legal, Visa documents supports, & etc. 

• Documentation support procedures that coworkers can follow

• Provide business support when necessary

• Working knowledge in QuickBooks

• Corporate finance

Purchasing
/Business Support

• Verifies purchase requisitions by comparing items requested to the master list and recommends alternatives.

• Provides purchasing planning and control information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

• Forwards available inventory items by verifying stock and delivering schedules.

• Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price, while obtaining recommendations from suppliers.

• Secures approval from requisitioning department.

• Manages purchases by forwarding orders to suppliers and monitoring and expediting orders.

• Verifies receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered; resolves shipment errors 

with suppliers.

•  Authorizes payment for purchases by forwarding receiving documentation.

•  Keeps information accessible by sorting and filing documents.

•  Provide Business Support when necessary

•  Accomplishes purchasing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Sales
/Business Support

• Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities

• Process daily sales orders and invoices in QuickBooks

• Prepare professional, concise, and accurate reports proposals booking packages, and other documentation as required

• Analyze the territory and market’s potential, track sales and status reports

• Provide Business Support when necessary

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills

• Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity.

Service Engineer

/Business Support

•Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers as well as performing necessary administrative duties as required

• Maintenance and repair needs of the customer’s equipment

• Designing products based on the requirements of the company

• Presenting design plans to managers and clients

• Conducting product testing

• Overseeing quality control programs and overall maintenance in a facility

• Developing CAD Project drawings and reviewing drawings for accuracy

• Provide Business Support when necessary

• Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair on designated equipment.

• Create, develop, and plan mechanical designs for new products.

• Generate working prototypes for beta testing and customer demonstration.

• Create and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications using computer software.

•  Manage customer response to follow up a request

•  Perform detailed documentation and assigned business work.

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams, and work with vendors and  contractors for installation and A/S.

• Experience using CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar.

• Written and verbal communication skills.

• Technical and problem-solving skills and reasoning ability.

•Excellent time management, able to balance many projects at once.
