Graphic Design | · Help deliver on design assignments · Understand the design ideas and formulate concepts · Pitch and conceptualize unique ideas for design projects · Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadline · Collaborate with manager, senior designer, and design team to produce the final product · Manage all aspects of the creative process which includes; helping with mocks, assisting with photography, work on production files, presentations, etc.) · Take in constructive criticism and produce quality work · Implement feedback and changes whenever possible · Reporting to design manager/senior graphic designers
Job Requirements: · Computer knowledge for MAC software · Must be proficient in basic design programs (Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop) · Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web · Proficient communication skills: written and verbal communication (English Language) · Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified time frames · Organized, dependable and detail oriented · Team Player · Quick Learner and Efficient · Able to work well under pressure |
E-Commerce/Marketing | This is an exciting opportunity to work with our creative team and gain experience with E-commerce, Marketing language, Copywriting, the beauty industry, and Social Media Marketing. / Competitive compensation based on prior work experience and advanced level; discussed during interview.
Responsibilities : · Website Management - Upload new products to our website and manage Shopify listings · Maintain and update product information database regularly, ensuring everything is complete, accurate, and up-to-date · Make sure that all product content and website elements are consistent and displayed correctly throughout all pages · Assist content, design, and e-commerce departments in planning and producing content and visual materials for marketing campaigns across the company’s website, social media page, email promotions, and ads. · Create content when needed (Photos & Videos) · Create copy for Copywriters when needed. · Organize E-Commerce sales & expense reports. · Perform basic on-site optimization when needed. · Assist E-Commerce team with fulfilling shipping requests. · Pack and ship PR product sample mailers for Press & Influencers. · Attend meetings & take organized notes summary. · Communicate with with fulfillment department for Customer Service order requests. |
Logistics | · Organize purchase order · Create the shipping Documents · Arrange the shipment · Support warehouse job along with direction |
National Sales | · Organize sales presentations and ensure that all sales presentation materials are prepared prior to deadlines · Update customer records in the company database as required · Analyze, consolidate, and forward daily action summaries to managers · Research promotion details, regular, and special prices to resolve pricing discrepancies · Maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates |
