◾ 채용부문 : Administrative Assistant, Data Analyst/Project Planning Team
◾ 근무기간 : 12개월
◾ 근무시간: 주 40시간
◾ 급여: $19 / an hour
◾ 연 환산급여: 약 $39,520 / a year (주 40시간 52주 근무 기준 이며, 주말 및 공휴일 over time 근무에 따라 변동 가능)
◾ 급여 외 보상 : PTO (5days after 1 year), Paid Sick Leaves (3days), Paid Holidays, 추가근무시 1.5배 지급
◾ 자격조건 : 관련전공자 우대, 영어능력 중상이상
Job Description
< Administrative Assistant >
- Responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties in an office setting.
- Assists executive assistants and secretaries by sorting mail, filing, answering phones, greeting clients, scheduling meetings, and restocking supplies.
< Data Analyst/Project Planning Team >
- We are looking for a passionate Data Analyst. The successful candidate will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions.
- Data analysts will develop analysis and reporting capabilities. They will also monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.
- Principal Responsibilities Closely support project managers on one or more projects with planning, budget tracking, meeting management, administration, and general.
