[Marketing Intern]
Summary/Objective:
The UEC Marketing team seeks a highly-motivated individual with exceptional communication and organization
skills. This position will assist in supporting all marketing initiatives and new product development for our private,
control and licensed brands.
Essential Functions:

- Help support all marketing activities for mass market, drug, grocery, dollar and ecommerce channels
- Assist Marketing Product Managers with the product development process, including market research,
artwork, data entry, internal/external follow-up and timeline management
- Help create, manage and update all marketing and sales collateral for account presentations and tradeshows
- Help manage and update project statuses across various digital platforms
- Assist in the copywriting of packaging and collateral materials
- Help research packaging requirements and proofread retail packaging
- Help research competitors, complementary brands and industry news to identify trends that align with our
brands and product lines
- Initiate and manage product testing of samples for new and existing products
- Assist in social media management and organizing influencer campaigns, content creation which may
include photography, videography, Tik Tok/Reels, light graphic design with Canva or similar program
- Assist in optimizing Ecommerce listings through product assets, storefront content and SEO
- Act as a team player, doing anything else to help achieve our overall goals as a company
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently received a Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated and eager to learn
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and problem solve efficiently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Summary/Objective:
The accounting intern is responsible for assisting the accounts payable and receivable clerk in performing their daily duties
Essential Functions:

- Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
- Apply customers’ payment
- Issue credit memo
- Enter freight invoices and issue check payment
