◾ 채용부문 : Admin Intern, Order Management Intern
◾ 근무기간 : 12개월 이상
◾ 근무시간: 08:00~17:00, Mon-Fri (40 hours per week) + O/T as needed
◾ 급여 : $20 / an hour
◾ 연 환산급여 : 약 $41,600 / a year (주 40시간 52주 근무 기준 이며, 주말 및 공휴일 over time 근무에 따라 변동 가능)
◾ 급여 외 보상 : Vacations, Holidays. Sick days paid, 우수근무자 평가 후 비자스폰 가능
Job Description
▪ Admin Intern
1. Assist with AP Duties - Process payments and record expenditures, manage AP accrual, closing etc.
2. Assist with HR Duties – Review resumes for open positions, maintain employee records
3. Assist with General Services – Procurement, office management, minor IT tasks
▪ Order Management Intern
1. Interface with some of the largest Retailers and E-tailers in the market to receive their orders.
2. Communicate Pick/Pack lists to our remote warehouse and logistics teams
3. Perform other duties to support the customers, as well as the Logistics, Operations and A/R teams.
