모집안내

◾ 채용부문 : 물류사무

◾ 근무기간 : 12개월

◾ 근무시간 : 8:00AM ~ 17:00PM (1hr lunch)

◾ 급여 : $ 16 / an hour

◾ 연 환산급여 : 약 $33,280 / a year (주 40시간 52주 근무 기준 이며, 주말 및 공휴일 over time 근무에 따라 변동 가능)

◾ 급여 외 보상 : 5 PTO days per year, 5 Paid Holidays,추가근무시 1.5배 지급

Job Description

고객의 Order 를 ERP 시스템 (SAP) 에 입력/관리하고, 고객의 order에 대한 질문에 이메일/전화로 응답하고, 창고와 협력하여 order를

내보내는 일을 주로 하는 업무입니다.

Provide excellent, timely, accurate and professional customer service
Handle incoming orders and input into order entry system
Review orders for accuracy and completion
Organize and coordinate shipments
Analyze and report Sales data and Customer’s forecast data
Assist customers/clients with questions or problems on their orders
Maintain necessary data within order entry system to ensure efficient processing
Work on variety of web-based client systems
Communicate openly with clients and internal sales department to resolve inquires
