◾ 채용부문 : Accounting / Sales / Production / Supply Chain / Design / Marketing (Ecommerce)
◾ 근무기간 : 12개월
◾ 근무시간 : 8:00AM ~ 17:00PM (1hr lunch)
◾ 급여 : $ 18 / an hour
◾ 연 환산급여 : 약 $37,440 / a year (주 40시간 52주 근무 기준 이며, 주말 및 공휴일 over time 근무에 따라 변동 가능)
◾ 급여 외 보상 : 1년에 5일 PTO, Paid Sick Leaves 3일
Job Description
Accounting | - Assisting with research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records. - Communicate with customers, send invoices, schedule shipments and process payments. - Resolve accounts receivable issues such as overdue payments and chargebacks. etc. |
Sales | - Preparing and creating marketing materials (line sheets, presentations, samples, mock-ups, etc.) - Provide customer service for clients (via email, phone, in person) - Ensure the completion of a sale (weekly line sheets, logistics, paperwork, marketing material, compliance documents, etc.) - Execution of PO processing and meeting deadlines/cancel dates - Logging, creating, and routing POs, Packing Slips, BOLs - Filling out paperwork, creating labels for domestic and international shipments - Item set-up, data entry - Comparative shopping and sample shopping. etc. |
Design | - Manage production samples - Create the images for SNS - Making the production files with the packaging design. - Making mock up to show to production team. etc. |
Supply Chain | - Logging, creating, and routing POs, Packing Slips, BOLs - Filling out paperwork, creating labels for domestic and international shipments - Constant communication with other divisions within company, production team, third party logistical or operations officers. etc. |
Marketing (E-Commerce) | - Schedule Shopify Product uploads - Assist Cash & Carry - Assist Marketing/Social Team. etc. |
