◾ 채용부문 : Business development in DX (Digital Transformation) Division 

◾ 근무기간 : 12개월 이상

◾ 근무시간: 09:00A.M - 18:00P.M

◾ 급여: 면접 시 협의

◾ 급여 외 보상 : 통신비 $50/a month, 피트니스비 $50/a month, 교통비 $40/a week 지원

◾ 자격요건 : The position requires seamless coordination between project teams in the U.S. and Korea. 

                   Bilingual proficiency is required.  Proficient written and verbal communication skills

Job Description

Technical Sales Intern explains, promotes, and services the company offers and showcases SaaS, IT Solutions, while developing and executing sales strategies to identify and cultivate prospective customers. 

Job Summary 

• Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide excellent customer service experience.

• Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sustainable sales pipeline. 

• Perform functional, API, performance testing, usability testing, regression testing if necessary 

• Prospect for new business opportunities within the assigned geographies. 

• Prepare and deliver sales proposals (PPT, Word, Excel, etc.), product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients through virtual and in-person meetings. 

• Formulate responses to customer inquiries/questions concerning IT and Solutions and provide consultation to prospective users. 

• Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved. 

• Lead or participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; adjusting schedules when necessary; determining daily priorities; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones; following proper escalation paths; and managing customer and supplier relationships 

• Work closely with various stakeholders to develop and document efficient and effective processes that align with company’s goals and objectives. This involves analyzing existing workflows, identifying areas of improvement, and designing new processes or refining existing ones. 

• Deliver reports and statistics based on performance tracking 

• Stay up to date on relevant news, including trends, product roadmaps, market conditions, etc. 

• Maintain a reasonable knowledge of the company’s range of products and services, competitors, and business drivers.


  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills 
  • Must be fluent in English 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint 
  • Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous projects at one time 
  • Team-oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint 
  • Analytical and risk assessment abilities 
  • Ability to follow a defined sales process and activities 
  • Good understanding of business processes. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Ability to be flexible with schedule and work under high pressure in a complex environment 
  • Analytical yet empathic approach to problem-solving at customer level 
  • The experience of working with and leveraging Vendor Partners and Suppliers. 
  • Ability to travel for client meetings, as needed

Education & Experience 

• Major in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field, or foreign equivalent preferred.
