모집안내

◾ 채용부문 : Purchasing, Graphic & Packaging Design, Customer Services, Sales Coordinator, Digital Marketing 

◾ 근무기간 : 12개월 이상

◾ 근무시간: 09:00AM ~ 18:00PM (1hr lunch)

◾ 급여 : $18~20  / an hour (경력에 따라 협의)

◾ 연 환산급여: 약 $37,440 ~ $41,600 / a year (주 40시간 52주 근무 기준 이며, 주말 및 공휴일 over time 근무에 따라 변동 가능)

◾ 급여 외 보상 : 아침·점심제공, Paid Holidays, Vacation&Sick Leave(up to 19 days), Performance&Annual Bonus, Incentive(Sales Dept.)

◾ 자격요건 : 영어 중상이상, Sales의 경우 운전면허 필수

Qualifications
Purchasing
- Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
- Prepare and process purchase orders or purchase requests
- Update internal databases with order details
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Research potential vendors
- Negotiate and administer contracts with suppliers and vendors
- Prepare cost analyses
- Maintain updated records of invoices/contracts and request all required documents from vendors
- Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
- Liaise with logistics department to ensure all products arrive in good condition

· Work experience as a purchase assistant, purchasing office or similar role

· Good understanding of supply chain procedures

· Hands-on experience with purchasing software

· Advance knowledge of MS Excel

· Knowledge of market research

· Experience in beauty supply industry is a plus

Graphic & Packaging Design  

-Collaborate with creative teams to execute designs that are effective, on-brand and eye-catching

-Design development and execution of core brand for new product launches

-Including: advertising, catalog, packaging mock-ups, photography, marketing assets

· Excellent typography and graphic design skill – with an understanding and appreciation of the beauty industry

· Knowledge of print, production and primary packaging

· Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop and In-Design

· Strong time management and ability to multitask

· Knowledge of HTML / Web design software a plus

· Eligible to work in the United States

 Customer Services
- Manage and release sales orders
- Day to day customer service and support to internal teams
- Tracking, submitting claims, confirming with sipping carriers
- Providing and following up with payment

· Team player with great communication skills

· Knowledge of MS Excel, Word

· Fluent in English and Korean

· Experience in beauty supply industry is a plus 

Sales Coordinator
- Proving support to our sales representatives, assisting in daily in/out of office needs
- Making travel, trade show, company event and meeting arrangements, and act as the point of contact
- Booking travel arrangements and following up
- Required to go on business trips to trade shows, events, or sales regions.
  • · Must be Bilingual in Korean and English (Fluent in English Strongly Preferred)
  • · Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • · Excellent communication skills
  • · Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Digital Marketing

- Manage company marketing and social media needs

- Create engaging content across multiple topics to perform effective online marketing

- In-depth understanding of social media platforms  (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn)

- Developing and maintaining a clear and consistent brand copy and story

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of paid social media/generate and install the Facebook pixel

- Ability to analyze and track data and trends
